We did the famous Neuschwanstein Castle and Romantic Road tours. Lovely architecture. Kevin is a super great tour guide. Quite knowledgeable about both history and modern culture. Like srsly, ask him about German politics/culture/food/etc. makes you want to learn more. Drive was pleasant. Trip was well organized. Great for families.
We did a 90 minute walking tour of Munich prior to going to Oktoberfest. Our guide, whose name escapes me, I think it was Kevin, was excellent. Very informative of the history of the city, including the buildings as well as the history of Oktoberfest. Highly recommend, the Oktoberfest tour also include 2 liters of beer, half a chicken, and a reserved spot at a table from approximately 11am to 430pm. The walking tour was from 930am to 11am.
